Athletes that have zero to a low level of experience playing organized basketball. Involves a trained coach that oversees and encourages players to learn the basic essentials to play organized basketball. Main focus of training is on ball handling drills , shooting drills, endurance drills.
Athletes that have some experience, want to play competitive basketball or for school team, or just want to improve their individual skills. Intermediate training picks up the pace and introduces more aspects of the game. Main focus of training is on ball handling, shooting, passing, rebounding, defense and agility, and improving basketball IQ.
Athletes that have a high level of experience playing organized basketball. Advanced players have well-defined skills in one or multiple areas of the game while also possessing the physical and/or mental strengths that are essential to success. Training sessions will challenge athletes, both physically and mentally, to push themselves to meet their basketball goals and objectives.
